Thank you to all the bidders, buyers and supporters for participating in the Star Lake Seedstock Source XVII Sale on May 15-16, 2009. Although sale day started out as our 23rd straight day of rain, by the time people arrived at the ranch to view the cattle, the skies had cleared.
From the first lot in the ring to the last, Hereford enthusiasts bid eagerly on the offering. The 2 year old pairs were in top demand, as were the yearling and fall ET show prospects. Buyers came from 29 states as well as Canada, Argentina and Australia to make their selections.
