STAR LAKE IS DENVER BOUND
With a 1 am wakeup call the Star Lake show string is loaded up and on the road to Denver with an expected Wednesday afternoon arrival. The 27 head are ready to showcase the Star Lake program and our 21st Century Hereford genetics.
The setup crew left the Oklahoma ranch on Monday and are well prepared for the arrival of the cattle. The cooking crew arrives Wednesday as well to feed the many hands that are a part of this Denver event for us.
We look forward to presenting our 2010 Carload in the Yards and showcasing our individual animals on the Hill. We have a great group of Junior's making the trip, so show activities will start next Wednesday.
We will be providing a daily recap report starting early next week here on the website. If you can't make it to Denver this year, check it out as we will do our best to keep you up to date.
For those making the trip to the National Western, we look forward to seeing you. Stop by in the Yards for a cup of coffee or hot chocolate or look us up on the Hill.
