As our Spring Sale approaches, we want to encourage everyone to take a good look at this outstanding offering. The sale theme is "Demand The Brand" and we are as proud as ever of this outstanding lineup. We are featuring over two dozen donors that are proven and still carry their worth. As important we have cataloged their young daughters that as sired and mated with the exciting Star Lake herd sires may have even more value than mama. We have had more choices than ever in putting together this sale offering ...and it shows! The depth of the calf crop has allowed us to bring to you some truly outstanding mamas - looking for that special show heifer ...LOOK NO FURTHER...Do not miss the opportunity.
We invite each and every one of you out to the Ranch on Friday (May 14th) as we kick-off with a Star Lake show clinic for our junior customers (and parents) at 10:30 am. The Star Lake Jr Heifer Futurity will take place at 2 pm as our junior customers bring back their 2009 purchases and compete for cash, credits and prizes. This event has awarded over $250,000 in benefits to our Junior customers in the last fifteen years. At 6 pm Friday night we fire up the grill for the presale party - with a steak dinner, music, drinks and dancing. The embryo and semen lots that are cataloged will sell at approx 7:30 pm Friday night. Come early, grab a golf cart, look at the cattle, visit with friends, neighbors and cattle breeders. Bring the whole family ...all are welcome. The MAIN EVENT the Star Lake Spring Sale will start at 12 Noon on Saturday, May 15th.
