Star Lake Spring Sale May 20th & 21st
The activities around the Ranch are picking up as we prepare for everyone's arrival to our annual Spring sale. This year's event takes place over the 20th and 21st of May and it is a beautiful time to be in Northeast Oklahoma. The Star Lake ranch is greening up nicely and with the warm temps the native grass and Hereford calves are growing quickly.

Hotels are filling up - Contact Karen if you need room reservations. There are, as always, many events taking place in the greater Tulsa area the same time as the sale. Get your room reservation now so you don't end up sleeping in the truck (unless that's "your thing" then go right ahead, we won't stop ya!). If you are bringing a tank to pickup semen or embryos purchased in a previous sale please contact the Star Lake Office to make arrangements in advance. Max has all the May Sale embryo lots ready for pickup but it will speed up the process if you let him know what else you need to pickup in advance. Call the Ranch Office or e-mail Max at max@starlakeherefords.com to let us know what you need to pickup and we will have it ready.

The Pre-Sale party begins at 6 pm Friday with a steak dinner, drinks and music. All frozen embryo and semen lots will be sold Friday night in an Auction that will begin around 7:30 pm.
The cattle will be penned early Saturday morning and we will offer the Star Lake Seedstock Source XIX Sale in the barn starting at Noon (central time). We look forward to seeing all of you at the Ranch in a next weekend. Keep checking the website for the latest updates.
